HK Express to increase Hong Kong – Nagoya Chubu to double daily from November 2024

HK Express serves Nagoya using Airbus A321s.

From November 1, 2024, HK Express will increase the frequency of its Hong Kong – Nagoya Chubu route from the current 11 weekly to double daily and operate it as follows:

  • UO680 / Hong Kong – Nagoya Chubu / 10:00AM – 2:30PM
  • UO684 / Hong Kong – Nagoya Chubu / 3:35PM – 8:05PM
  • UO681 / Nagoya Chubu – Hong Kong / 3:25PM – 7:10PM
  • UO685 / Nagoya Chubu – Hong Kong / 9:00PM – 12:45AM+1

The route will be operate using a mix of Airbus A321ceo and A321neo aircraft. HK Express operates the former with 230 economy class seats and the latter with 236 economy class seats.

In addition to HK Express, Cathay Pacific offers 10 weekly flights and Hong Kong Airlines offers daily flights between the two cities.

HK Express is in the process of expanding its Japan network. It plans to resume Hiroshima in November 2024, launch Shizuoka and Sendai in December 2024 and January 2025, respectively, and increase Takamatsu to daily from November 2024 among other things.
