HK Express to increase Hong Kong – Hiroshima from mid-January 2025

HK Express operates the Hiroshima route using A320neos.

From January 18, 2025, HK Express will increase the frequency of its flights between Hong Kong and Hiroshima from the current three weekly flights to four.

The airline will add flights on Saturdays in addition to the existing flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and operate the route as follows:

  • UO822 / Hong Kong – Hiroshima / 9:15AM – 1:30PM / Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat1
  • UO823 / Hiroshima – Hong Kong / 2:40PM – 6:00PM / Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat1

1 Frequency operating from January 18, 2025.

HK Express will continue to use all-economy class Airbus A320neo aircraft equipped with 188 seats on the route, which it resumed on November 1, 2024, after a nearly five year break caused by the pandemic.

No other airline offers non-stop flights between the two cities.

In addition to Hiroshima, HK Express also flies between Hong Kong and Tokyo Haneda, Tokyo Narita, Osaka Kansai, Nagoya Chubu, Takamatsu, Fukuoka, and Naha. It also plans to launch flights to Shizuoka in December 2024 and Sendai in January 2025.
