Qingdao Airlines increases Qingdao – Osaka Kansai during 2024 winter schedule

From October 27, 2024, Qingdao Airlines increased the frequency of its Qingdao – Osaka Kansai route from three to four weekly flights. The airline now operates the flights as follows:

  • QW9903 / Qingdao – Osaka Kansai / 2:45PM – 6:30PM / Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun
  • QW9904 / Osaka Kansai – Qingdao / 7:30PM – 8:55PM / Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun

Qingdao Airlines first launched the route, which is its first scheduled route to Japan, on July 25, 2024, with three weekly flights (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays). It will continue to connect the cities using all-economy class Airbus A320neo aircraft with 180 seats (including “Super Economy” with extra legroom).

Separately from Qingdao Airlines, Shandong Airlines also offers three daily flights between Qingdao and Osaka.
