Qatar Airways operates the Osaka route using Airbus A350-900 aircraft.

Starting from the week of June 2, 2025, Qatar Airways will reduce the frequency of its flights between Doha and Osaka Kansai from the early summer schedule’s daily to five weekly. With that, the route will operate as follows:

  • QR802 / Doha – Osaka Kansai / 1:30AM – 5:00PM / Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun
  • QR803 / Osaka Kansai – Doha / 6:30PM – 11:20PM / Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sun

Qatar Airways will continue to use its 283-seater Airbus A350-900s with 36 QSuites in business class and 247 economy class seats on the route, which was relaunched in May 2024.

Separately from Osaka, Qatar Airways also serves Tokyo Narita daily with plans to increase the route to 11 weekly from February and double daily from July 2025. Until its oneworld partner JAL launched the route, it also operated Doha – Tokyo Haneda.
