China Southern to resume Zhengzhou – Tokyo Narita in late September 2024

China Southern Airlines will resume flights between Zhengzhou and Tokyo Narita on September 26, 2024. The flights will operate twice a week as follows:

  • CZ8383 / Zhengzhou – Tokyo Narita / 8:20AM – 1:20PM / Thu, Sat
  • CZ8384 / Tokyo Narita – Zhengzhou / 2:25PM – 6:15PM / Thu, Sat

The airline will operate the flights using Boeing 737-800s with 178 seats including four in business and 174 in economy class.

There have been no direct flights on the route since China Southern suspended them due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Zhengzhou will be the seventh Chinese city to have China Southern service to Tokyo. The airline already serves Narita from Changchun, Dalian, Guangzhou, Harbin, Shanghai Pudong, and Shenyang and Haneda from Beijing Daxing. It also plans to resume Wuhan – Narita route a few days after resuming flights from Zhengzhou.
