On June 1, 2024, six hotels that are part of the Henn na Hotel chain started offering a total of 12 Air Do-themed rooms to their customers. The rooms feature a mix of aviation and Bear Do (the airline’s mascot) themed elements.
Air Do collaboration rooms are available at Henn na Hotel Asakusabashi and Haneda properties in Tokyo. They are also available at Henn na Hotel Express Nagoya Fushimi, Henn na Hotel Osaka Namba, Henn na Hotel Fukuoka Hakata, and Henn na Hotel Sendai Kokubuncho.
The rooms feature large aircraft exterior and cockpit photos on their walls, Bear Do-themed decals on their doors and bedding, and even replicas of pilot and ground staff uniforms. Air Do’s in-flight magazines are also in the room. Lastly, guests also get a pouch and a small towel with Bear Do and both of the companies’ logos and other items.
The collaboration rooms are expected to be offered for approximately one year.
This collaboration follows the recent trend in other similar collaborations, such as ANA’s with Hotel Villa Fontaine at Haneda and JAL’s with the same hotel and Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu.
