In the second half of 2024, Jetstar Japan’s cabin crew and ground staff will start wearing new uniforms. It will be the first time for the airline to change the uniforms since launching operations on July 3, 2012.

Jetstar Japan will use the same uniforms that will also be worn by Jetstar team members in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. The uniforms, designed by the Australian fashion designer Genevieve Smart, will be more colorful than their current counterparts. They will give the crew multiple options to choose from, ranging from a shirt dress through a skirt all the way to pants.

The uniforms were first unveiled at the end of February 2024 in preparation for Jetstar’s 20th anniversary.

Spring Japan also recently unveiled new uniforms, which it will be rolling out later this year in celebration of its 10th anniversary.
