Starting from today, November 15, 2024, China Eastern Airlines increase the frequency of its flights between Xian and Tokyo Narita from three weekly to four. With that, the route now operates as follows:
- MU593 / Xian – Tokyo Narita / 8:0AM – 1:25PM / Tue, Thu, Fri1, Sun
- MU594 / Tokyo Narita – Xian / 2:25PM – 7:15PM / Tue, Thu, Fri1, Sun

China Eastern will continue to operate the route using Airbus A320neo aircraft with 158 seats on board including eight in business and 150 in economy class.
This is China Eastern’s second frequency increase on the route this year. In late April, the route went from being operated once a week to three times.
Separately from China Eastern, Hainan Airlines also offers non-stop flights between the two airports, operating three weekly flights.
