Asiana to add two extra weekly Seoul – Sapporo flights in July and August 2024

Asiana Airlines plans to temporarily increase the frequency of its Seoul Incheon – Sapporo New Chitose route from the current daily to nine weekly flights between July 1 and August 31, 2024.

During the expanded summer service period, the airline will connect the two cities as follows:

  • OZ174 / Seoul Incheon – Sapporo New Chitose / 9:15AM – 11:50AM
  • OZ176* / Seoul Incheon – Sapporo New Chitose / 10:00 – 12:40PM / Mon, Fri
  • OZ173 / Sapporo New Chitose – Seoul Incheon / 1:00PM – 4:10PM
  • OZ175* / Sapporo New Chitose – Seoul Incheon / 1:50PM – 5:00PM / Mon, Fri

* Temporary summer frequency to be operated between July 1 and August 31, 2024.

While the existing daily flights are operated using Airbus A330-300 aircraft with either 290 or 298 seats including 30 in business class depending on configuration, the extra summer flights will be operated using A321-200s with 174 seats including 12 in business and 162 in economy class.

Currently, Korean Air, Air Busan, Jeju Air, Jin Air, and T’Way connect New Chitose Airport with Seoul Incheon. Eastar Jet is planning to resume the route in July 2024.
