Asiana to increase Seoul – Miyazaki to five weekly from late Oct., daily from mid-Dec. 2024

Asiana uses the A321neo on the Miyazaki route.

Asiana Airlines will increase the frequency of its flights between Seoul Incheon and Miyazaki from the current three weekly to five weekly flights from October 27, 2024. It will further increase the frequency to daily from December 18, 2024.

The route will operate as follows:

  • OZ158 / Seoul Incheon – Miyazaki / 9:40AM – 11:20AM / Mon*, Tue**, Wed, Thu*, Fri, Sat**
  • OZ158 / Seoul Incheon – Miyazaki / 4:25PM – 6:05PM / Sun
  • OZ157 / Miyazaki – Seoul Incheon / 12:30PM – 2:10PM / Mon*, Tue**, Wed, Thu*, Fri, Sat**
  • OZ157 / Miyazaki – Seoul Incheon / 7:15PM – 8:55PM / Sun

* Rotations to be operated from October 27, 2024.
** Rotations to be operated from December 18, 2024.

Asiana will continue to use 188-seater Airbus A321neos with eight business and 180 economy class seats on the route.

No other airline operates the Kumamoto – Seoul route.

As part of its Kyushu expansion, Asiana will also relaunch flights between Seoul and Kumamoto, its eight destination in Japan, on November 7, 2024. Alongside Miyazaki, it already serves Fukuoka, Nagoya Chubu, Osaka Kansai, Sapporo New Chitose, Sendai, Tokyo Haneda, and Tokyo Narita.
