ANA Mileage Club revealed it will increase the number of miles required to book domestic flights departing on October 27, 2024, or later by 500 to 1,500 miles for regular one-way flights and by 1,000 to 3,000 miles for itineraries with a connection from Naha to Ishigaki or Miyakojima.
Domestic one-way awards booked through ANA Mileage Club offer fixed pricing based on distance ranges (up to 300 miles/301 to 800 miles/801 to 1,000 miles/1,001 miles to 2,000 miles) and seasons (low/regular/high).
All low season flights, as well as regular season flights up to 800 miles will increase in price by 1,000 miles compared to the current prices. The number of miles required to book longer regular season flights will go up by 500. Lastly, the price of all high season flights will increase by 1,500 miles. With that, one-way domestic flights will cost between 6,000 and 13,000 miles rather than the current 5,000 to 11,500 miles.
On four-segment itineraries to and from Okinawa’s outlying islands including connections from Naha to Ishigaki or Miyako, all low season and 2,000-mile and shorter tickets will go up in price by 2,000 miles. The price of longer regular season itineraries will go up by 1,000 miles and of all high season itineraries by 3,000 miles. Overall, the cost of such itineraries will range from 14,000 to 26,000 miles as opposed to the current 12,000 to 23,000 miles.
