ANA to lower international flight fuel surcharges in April 2024

ANA International Flight at Haneda
Both ANA and JAL base their fuel surcharges on Singapore’s kerosene price.

Like JAL, ANA will lower its international ticket fuel surcharges in April and May 2024 compared to the current amounts. The airline revises the surcharges every two months based on a schedule tied to Singapore’s kerosene price.

ANA will charge the following fuel surcharges for one-way flights on tickets issued in Japan between April 1, 2024, and May 31, 2024, (and possibly beyond depending on how the price of kerosene evolves):

  • South Korea, Vladivostok: 3,500 yen (currently 4,500 yen)
  • East Asia (excluding South Korea): 10,000 yen (11,000 yen)
  • Vietnam, Guam, Philippines: 11,000 yen (13,500 yen)
  • Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia: 18,000 yen (20,000 yen)
  • Hawaii, India, Indonesia: 21,000 yen (24,500 yen)
  • Europe, North America, Middle East, Oceania: 33,000 yen (38,000 yen)

Fuel surcharges for tickets issued outside Japan can be found on ANA’s website.
