Air China to increase Hangzhou – Tokyo Narita to daily from late January 2025

Air China will operate the route using a mix of A321s and A330s.

Starting from January 21, 2025, Air China will increase the frequency of its flights between Hangzhou and Tokyo Narita from the current four weekly to daily. It will add Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday frequencies and operate the route as follows:

  • CA145 / Hangzhou – Tokyo Narita / 3:20PM – 7:30PM / Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
  • CA563 / Hangzhou – Tokyo Narita / 3:20PM – 7:30PM / Tue, Thu, Sun
  • CA146 / Tokyo Narita – Hangzhou / 8:40PM – 11:50PM / Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
  • CA564 / Tokyo Narita – Hangzhou / 8:40PM – 11:50PM / Tue, Thu, Sun

Air China will operate the route using a mix of Airbus A321 and A330 aircraft. It operates A321ceos and neos in multiple different configurations featuring between 177 and 198 seats and A330-200s and A330-300s in multiple different configurations featuring between 237 and 311 seats.

Separately from Air China, ANA offers three weekly flights on the route operated by Boeing 787s.

Hangzhou is one of the four airports Air China serves Tokyo from alongside Beijing Capital, Dalian, and Shanghai Pudong. The airline also plans to resume Chongqing – Narita later this month and Chengdu – Narita in March 2025.
