
Between September 16 and the end of the 2024 summer schedule (i.e., October 26, 2024), Air Busan will increase the frequency of its Busan – Matsuyama route from the current three to five weekly flights.
During that period, the route will operate as follows:
- BX134 / Busan – Matsuyama / 4:30PM – 5:35PM / Mon*, Wed, Thu**, Fri, Sun
- BX133 / Matsuyama – Busan / 6:30PM – 8:00PM / Mon*, Wed, Thu**, Fri, Sun
* Extra frequency scheduled to operate between September 16 and October 26, 2024, with the exception of October 14, 2024.

Air Busan generally uses its Airbus A320-200 aircraft equipped with 220 seats (all in economy class) on the route, which it launched in November 2023.
While the airline is the only one to connect Matsuyama with Busan, Jeju Air offers flights to the Japanese airport from Seoul Incheon. EVA Air, with its flights from Taipei which resumed in March 2024, is currently the only other international airline serving the airport. Before the pandemic, China Eastern also served Matsuyama from Shanghai Pudong.
