VietJet to operate two Vietnam – Shizuoka charter roundtrips in November 2024

VietJet will operate the flights using A320 aircraft.

The Vietnamese low-cost airline VietJet will operate two roundtrips between Vietnam and Shizuoka in November 2024 on behalf of Vietnamese and Japanese tour operators, Shizuoka Airport announced on July 16, 2024. While the first roundtrip will depart from Nha Trang and return to Hanoi, the second roundtrip will depart from Hanoi and return to Nha Trang.

The first flight will operate on November 2, 2024, as follows:

  • Nha Trang – Shizuoka / 9:30AM – 11:00AM
  • Shizuoka – Hanoi / 11:00AM – 2:55PM

The second flight will operate on November 6, 2024, as follows:

  • Hanoi – Shizuoka / 8:45AM – 3:30PM
  • Shizuoka – Nha Trang / 5:00PM – 9:00PM

VietJet will use Airbus A320 aircraft on the route, selling up to 171 seats on the Nha Trang – Shizuoka roundtrip and 164 seats on the Shizuoka – Hanoi roundtrip. The tours from Nha Trang to Japan will be marketed by the Vietnamese tour operator Southern Breeze, while the tours from Shizuoka to Vietnam will be marketed by Japanese tour operators H.I.S and AFC Tours.

There are no scheduled flights between Shizuoka Airport and Vietnam.

Currently, VietJet operates scheduled flights from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh to a number of destinations in Japan including Fukuoka, Nagoya, Osaka Kansai, Tokyo Haneda, and Tokyo Narita.
