Uzbekistan Airways increases Tashkent – Tokyo Narita frequency to twice weekly

Uzbekistan Airways operates its Tokyo flights using the 787-8.

Starting today, August 5, 2024, local time, Uzbekistan Airways will operate its Tashkent – Tokyo Narita route twice weekly instead of the single weekly rotation it operated up to this point.

In addition to connecting the two countries’ capitals on Thursdays in the direction from Uzbekistan, it will also operate the route on Mondays, offering the following flights:

  • HY527 / Tashkent – Tokyo Narita / 10:05PM – 9:40AM+1 / Mon*, Thu
  • HY528 / Tokyo Narita – Tashkent / 11:05AM – 4:10PM / Tue**, Fri

* New frequency offered from August 5, 2024.
** New frequency offered from August 6, 2024.

Uzbekistan Airlines uses Boeing 787-8 aircraft on the route. It operates the type in two configurations, one with 246 seats including 24 in business and 222 in economy class and one with 270 seats including 24 in business and 246 in economy class.

No other airline offers scheduled service between the two countries.
