Two ANA aircraft clip wings at Osaka Itami

On February 1, 2024, around 10:10AM, two ANA aircraft clipped their wings at Osaka Itami Airport. No injuries were reported. One of the flights was about to depart to Matsuyama (NH1637 operated by a Dash 8 Q400 registered JA850A) and the other was arriving from Fukuoka (NH422 operated by a Dash 8 Q400 registered JA855A). The flight to Matsuyama ultimately departed about one and a half hours behind schedule using a substituted Dash 8 Q400 registered JA841A. Ten February 1, 2024, ANA flights to and from Itami Airport (five departures and five arrivals) were canceled as a result of the accident.
