Tigerair Taiwan to increase Taipei Taoyuan – Sapporo New Chitose in February 2024

Tigerair Taiwan serves Sapporo using a mix of A320-200s and A320neos.

Between February 2 and 27, 2025, Tigerair Taiwan will increase the frequency of its flights between Taipei Taoyuan and Sapporo New Chitose from the current daily flights to 10 weekly. During that period, the route will operate as follows:

  • IT234 / Taipei Taoyuan – Sapporo New Chitose / 6:20AM – 10:55AM
  • IT22341 / Taipei Taoyuan – Sapporo New Chitose / 8:30AM2 – 12:55PM / Mon, Wed, Sun
  • IT235 / Sapporo New Chitose – Taipei Taoyuan / 11:55AM – 3:35PM
  • IT22351 / Sapporo New Chitose – Taipei Taoyuan / 1:55PM – 5:35PM / Mon, Thu, Sun

1 Temporary rotation operating between February 2 and 27, 2025.
2 Scheduled to depart at 8:15AM on Wednesdays.

Tigerair Taiwan will continue to use a mix of Airbus A320-200 and A320neo aircraft, both in an all-economy class configuration with 180 seats, on the rotue.

It serves the route alongside China Airlines, EVA Air, Starlux Airlines, and Scoot.

In addition to Sapporo, Tigerair Taiwan serves two other destinations in Hokkaido, Hakodate and Asahikawa, from Taipei. It is also planning to operate regular charters between Kaohsiung and Sapporo between early January and late March 2025.
