On March 6, 2024, StarFlyer announced that it will extend the operation of its SEVENTEEN ‘FOLLOW’ THE CITY livery until June 30, 2024. Originally, the aircraft was scheduled to operate its last flight in the special livery on March 31, 2024.
The SEVENTEEN ‘FOLLOW’ THE CITY JET operated its first flight, 7G86 from Kitakyushu to Tokyo Haneda, on November 12, 2023.
The special livery, worn by StarFlyer’s A320-200 registered JA27MC, features all 13 members of the K-pop group SEVENTEEN on the fuselage’s port side. The aircraft’s starboard side is in StarFlyer’s regular livery. In addition to the livery, StarFlyer also uses SEVENTEEN-themed cups and added the group’s songs to its in-flight entertainment system as part of the partnership.
Recently, StarFlyer also announced the extension of service of its Attack on Titan logojet and a plan to introduce a new Touken Ranbu logojet.
