At this point, it is not clear whether StarFlyer will use its 150-seater Airbus A320-200s or its 162-seater A320neo on the flights.

This series of charters follows a series of 20 charter roundtrips on the same route and six roundtrips to Taipei that StarFlyer operated between April and June, and January and February of this year, respectively.

Currently, StarFlyer does not operate any scheduled international flights. It operated scheduled Kitakyushu – Taipei Taoyuan and Nagoya Chubu – Taipei Taoyuan routes between late 2018 and mid-March 2020, when they were suspended due to the pandemic.
