Spring Airlines to launch one-stop Lanzhou – Shanghai – Osaka route in late Oct. 2024

Spring Airlines serves Shanghai – Osaka six times a day.

Spring Airlines will replace one of its existing non-stop Shanghai Pudong – Osaka Kansai rotations with a one-stop Lanzhou – Osaka Kansai via Shanghai Pudong route starting from October 27, 2024.

The new service will operate daily as follows:

  • 9C6579 / Lanzhou – Shanghai Pudong / 8:00AM – 10:50AM
  • 9C6579 / Shanghai Pudong – Osaka Kansai / 12:40PM – 4:00PM
  • 9C6580 / Osaka Kansai – Shanghai Pudong / 5:00PM – 7:00PM
  • 9C6580 / Shanghai Pudong – Lanzhou / 8:30PM – 11:55PM

Spring Airlines will operate the flights using Airbus A320s, which it operates in a number of different configurations equipped with between 174 and 186 seats, all in economy class.

Currently, the airline serves Osaka out of Dalian, Guiyan via Shanghai Pudong, Ningbo, Shanghai Pudong, Shenyan, and Xian. That said, the Guiyan route will be discontinued at the end of the 2024 summer schedule and replaced with the one-stop route from Lanzhou.
