On February 21, 2024, Skymark Airlines announced it will revamp both its free and paid onboard service. The revamped service concept, “enjoying the destination in the sky,” will be offered from March 1, 2024.

Changes to the free onboard service will include:

  • Addition of an extra option to the free drink menu offered on all routes except Kagoshima – Amami and Naha – Miyako; the revamped menu will include Skymark Coffee (supplied by UCC), a recommended drink from one of the destinations the airline serves that will be periodically changed (Sashima green tea from Ibaraki Prefecture in the beginning), and apple juice
  • Removal of Nescafe Gold Blend from the menu (replaced by UCC)
  • Removal of free Kit Kat Mini service

Changes to the paid onboard service will include:

  • Addition of Uguisu Ball and Mini Shiruko Sand snacks from Hyogo Prefecture where Skymark serves Kobe Airport and Aichi Prefecture where it serves Nagoya Chubu Airport respectively (both 100 yen)
  • Removal of Oi Ocha green tea, Coca-Cola, mineral water, Nescafe Gold Blend “Fukame,” onion soup, and Pritz from the menu

In addition to the above, the cabin crew will wear newly designed aprons and drinks will be served in newly designed cups. The cups will be inspired by destinations served by Skymark Airlines and will come in six different variants.
