After the COVID-19-related pause, Singapore Airlines initially returned to Fukuoka with three weekly flights, serving the route every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Additional two weekly rotations – every Monday and Sunday – were added from October 29, 2023. With that, Currently, Singapore Airlines operates five weekly non-stop flights between Singapore and Fukuoka.
From March 4, 2024, onward, Singapore Airlines will add the two remaining frequencies to return the flight do daily operations like before the pandemic. From that point onward, the flights will continue to operate at the same time as they do now:
- SQ656 / Singapore – Fukuoka / 1:20AM – 8:10AM
- SQ655 / Fukuoka – Singapore / 9:45AM – 3:20PM
The flights will continue to be operated by Singapore Airlines’ Boeing 787-10s which are equipped with 36 of the airline’s full-flat regional business class seats in a staggered 1-2-1 layout and 301 economy class seats in a 3-3-3 layout.
Singapore Airlines is the only airline offering non-stop flights between Singapore and Fukuoka.
