In 2018, Peach introduced its pilot training program, “Peach Pilot Challenge Seido with Airbus,” and in April 2019, it hired the first batch of trainees. The airline has announced on January 29, 2024, that this month, the four trainees were promoted to first officers. Currently, three more batches are in training. The fifth batch of trainees is scheduled to enter the company in April 2024.
