Marubeni and ShinMaywa to launch private jet maintenance joint venture

Marubeni Aerospace, a subsidiary of Japan’s major trading company Marubeni, and ShinMaywa Industries, an industrial conglomerate heavily involved in the aviation sector, announced they will launch a 50-50 joint venture by the end of February 2024. The new company, JAMS, will aim to provide private jet maintenance services at Nagoya Chubu Airport starting in April 2024.
