Saga Airport’s sole lounge, the Premium Lounge Saganogara, joined the Priority Pass network at the beginning of October 2024.

The lounge, which offers a limited selection of drinks and no food, is open daily from 8:30 a.m. until the last flight and is located in the domestic terminal. It is located landside (i.e. before security check and immigration) and so can be used by passengers traveling on both domestic and international flights.

According to the Priority Pass website, “membership cards issued via a domestic entity in Japan are not eligible to access this lounge.” As such, those with their Priority Pass membership acquired as a perk of a Japanese credit cards cannot use their Priority Pass membership to enter. That said, holders of select Japanese credit cards are able to enter the lounge for free on the basis of their credit card.

Those otherwise ineligible for access can also enter the lounge by paying 1,100 yen (550 yen for children aged 3 or more) at the door.

Priority Pass has been expanding in Japan in recent years adding lounges and other participating facilities at multiple airports.
