Korean Air to relaunch Seoul Incheon – Nagasaki in late October 2024

Korean Air will use the A321neo on the Seoul – Nagasaki route.

Korean Air will relaunch scheduled flights between Seoul Incheon and Nagasaki on October 27, 2024. From then on, the flights will operate four times a week as follows:

  • KE797/ Seoul Incheon – Nagasaki / 2:40PM – 4:10PM / Mon, Thu, Sato, Sun
  • KE798 / Nagasaki – Seoul Incheon / 5:20PM – 7:10PM / Mon, Thu, Sato, Sun

The route will be operated using Airbus A321neo aircraft with 182 seats including eight in business and 174 in economy class.

Prior to relaunching scheduled flights on the route, Korean Air will operate four charter roundtrips that will bring in tourists from South Korea to Nagasaki. The airline stopped offering scheduled flights on the route over 11 years ago, in March 2013.

That said, until March 2019, Asiana Airlines-owned low-cost Air Seoul connected the two cities.
