Kobe Airport “sub-terminal” plan open for public commentary

Kobe City revealed a revised draft plan for the development of Kobe Airport’s “sub-terminal.” The new facility will allow it to expand both international and domestic capacity ahead of Expo 2025 Osaka. The project’s construction is expected to cost approximately 28.3 billion yen (approx. 192 million USD) to build. The plan was opened for public commentary from January 10, 2024, a phase expected to last until February 8, 2024.
