Jetstar Japan to resume Tokyo Narita – Shimojishima in April 2024

On April 27, 2024, Jetstar Japan will resume flights between Tokyo Narita and Shimojishima. The flights will operate up to seven times a week until October 26, 2024, using Airbus A320-200 aircraft.

Until May 13, 2024, and from June 28, 2024, the route will be operated daily. Between those two dates, it will operate five times a week excluding Tuesdays and Thursdays. In either case, the flights will operate with the following schedule:

  • GK323 / Tokyo Narita – Shimojishima / 7:25AM – 10:45AM
  • GK324 / Shimojishima – Tokyo Narita / 1130AM – 2:20PM

All of Jetstar Japan’s A320-200s are in the same 180-seat configuration.

The Tokyo Narita – Shimojishima route was the first route serving Shimojishima Airport when its new terminal was opened in 2019. Currently, the airport has a non-stop link with Tokyo in the form of a daily Skymark Airlines flight to Haneda. Skymark also connects Shimojishima with Kobe (daily) and Naha (double daily).
