From July 1, 2024, JAL has been operating its Tokyo Narita – San Diego daily. The increased schedule with three extra weekly flights on top of the year-round four weekly flights will be in effect until July 31, 2024.

During that period, the temporary Monday, Thursday, and Saturday rotations will, like the regular four weekly rotations, operate as follows:

  • JL66 / Tokyo Narita – San Diego / 5:20PM – 11:10AM
  • JL65 / San Diego – Tokyo Narita / 1:05PM – 4:45PM+1

JAL uses Boeing 787-8 aircraft with 186 seats including 30 in business and 156 in economy class on the flights. It is the only airline serving the route.
