
On February 21, 2024, JAL’s subsidiary Hokkaido Air System announced it will add extra flights on its Sapporo Okadama – Hakodate route between March 15 and 30, 2024. The flights will be operated by the sole aircraft type in the airline’s fleet, the 48-seater ATR 42-600.
The extra flights will be operated in addition to the airline’s regular scheduled flights on the route (up to six daily depending on the day of the week) as follows between March 15 and 17, 19 and 24, and 26 and 30, 2024:
- JL2743 / Sapporo Okadama – Hakodate / 8:20AM – 9:00AM
- JL2744 / Hakodate – Sapporo Okadama / 9:30AM – 10:10AM
On March 16, 23, and 30, 2024, they will operate as follows:
- JL2753 / Sapporo Okadama – Hakodate / 5:30PM – 6:10PM
- JL2752 / Hakodate – Sapporo Okadama / 6:40PM – 7:20PM
Lastly, between March 19 and 21, and 26 and 28, 2024, the schedule will be:
- JL2755 / Sapporo Okadama – Hakodate / 6:10PM – 6:50PM
- JL2754 / Hakodate – Sapporo Okadama / 7:20PM – 8:00PM
All of Hokkaido Air System’s flights are operated using JAL’s code. Using its fleet of four ATR 42-600s, the airline also connects Okadama Airport with Rishiri, Memambetsu, Nakashibetsu, Kushiro, and Okushiri in Hokkaido, as well as Misawa and Akita on Honshu Island.
