According to the report, the flights are scheduled to operate on April 1, 2, 16, and 17, 2025 in the direction to Tokyo, and a day later in the other direction.
At this point, the flights are scheduled as follows:

There are no scheduled flights between Tokyo and Dublin. JAL connects Tokyo Narita with Frankfurt daily. Additionally, Lufthansa and ANA fly between the German city and Tokyo Haneda daily and double daily respectively.
While the purpose of the charters is unclear at this point, the flights could be related to the opening of Ireland House, Ireland’s new embassy in Japan which was first announced in 2017 and is set to open before Expo 2025 starts in Osaka in mid-April.
