China Southern to resume Shenzhen – Tokyo Narita in mid-February 2025

China Southern will be the third airline connecting Shenzhen and Tokyo.

China Southern Airlines will resume flights between Shenzhen and Tokyo Narita on February 11, 2025. The route, which was suspended in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will operate three times a week as follows:

  • CZ8127 / Shenzhen – Tokyo Narita / 9:50AM – 3:00PM / Tue, Thu, Sat
  • CZ8128 / Tokyo Narita – Shenzhen / 4:15PM – 9:10PM / Tue, Thu, Sat

The airline will use Airbus A321neo aircraft on the route. It operates the type in two configurations: a 195-seater with four business class and 191 economy class seats and a 202-seater with 12 business class and 190 economy class seats.

Tokyo is already served from Shenzhen by Shenzhen Airlines, which operates two daily flights to Narita, and ANA, which operates a daily flight to Haneda.
