On June 26, 2024, China Southern Airlines will resume scheduled flights between Dalian and Toyama. The route will operate twice a week for the rest of the summer schedule, until October 26, 2024.
The flights will operate later in the day compared to their pre-COVID-19 schedule when they departed Dalian early in the morning at a reduced frequency compared to the three weekly flights before the pandemic. The schedule will be as follows:
- CZ613 / Dalian – Toyama / 11:40AM – 3:00PM / Wed, Sat
- CZ614 / Toyama – Dalian / 4:00PM – 5:40PM / Wed, Sat
China Southern will use Airbus A320 aircraft with 159 seats on the flights.
Currently, Shanghai Airlines’ flights from Shanghai Pudong are the only international route to Toyama Airport. Earlier this year, the airport was also served by seasonal scheduled route from Taipei (China Airlines) and scheduled charters from Seoul Incheon (Korean Air). Until 2019, Air Seoul also connected Incheon with Toyama.
