Nagoya Chubu’s operator to merge two of its subsidiaries in April 2024

To streamline its operations, Nagoya Chubu Airport’s owner and operator Central Japan International Airport Co., Ltd. will merge two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Centrair Information & Communications Network Co., Ltd. and Centrair Facility Service Co., Ltd., with the former being the surviving company. While the merger was originally planned for April 1, 2022, it is now expected to take place on April 1, 2024. At the same time, the surviving company will be renamed to Centrair Technical Connect Co., Ltd.
