On June 1, 2024, ANA added a temporary second daily rotation on its Tokyo Haneda – Wakkanai route. The new rotation connecting Japan’s capital with the country’s northernmost major airport will remain in service until September 30, 2024.

During that period, the route will operate as follows:

  • NH571 / Tokyo Haneda – Wakkanai / 10:40AM – 12:30PM
  • NH572 / Wakkanai – Tokyo Haneda / 1:10PM – 3:10PM
  • NH573* / Tokyo Haneda – Wakkanai / 12:40PM – 2:30PM
  • NH574* / Wakkanai – Tokyo Haneda / 3:10PM – 5:10PM

* Frequency operating from June 1 to September 30, 2024.

Like the year-round rotation, the new afternoon rotation is operated using Boeing 737-800 aircraft with 166 seats including 8 in Premium Class (domestic first class) and 158 in economy class.

ANA is the only airline serving Wakkanai. In addition to the flights to Tokyo Haneda, it also offers double daily flights to Sapporo New Chitose operated by ANA Wings Bombardier Dash 8 Q400s.
