On June 3, 2024, ANA Mileage Club added a new redemption option, allowing its members to exchange miles for AirJapan vouchers. The vouchers can be used for paying for tickets and extras including baggage fees and pre-booked in-flight meals.

ANA Mileage Club members can redeem three different mileage amounts in exchange for vouchers:

  • 1,000 miles for 900 yen (5.80 USD) voucher
  • 5,000 miles for 4,500 yen (28.98 USD) voucher
  • 10,000 miles for 11,000 yen (70.83 USD) voucher

With the vouchers being Japanese yen-denominated, they can only be used for booking one-way and roundtrip flights originating in Japan. The vouchers are valid until the end of the calendar year if they were issued between April and September and until the end of the following year’s June if they were issued between October and March. The vouchers are non-transferrable but can be used to pay for those traveling on the same booking as the member.

AirJapan is ANA’s low-cost brand focusing on serving medium-haul routes out of Tokyo Narita. Currently, it serves Seoul Incheon and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi daily and Singapore five times a week.

ANA Mileage Club members can also redeem miles for Peach Points, vouchers that can be used on ANA’s other low-cost airline, Peach. The redemption rates are similar to the newly introduced AirJapan voucher redemption rates.
