AirJapan’s first 787-8 arrives at Narita

Just after 6AM on January 26, 2024, ANA’s new low-cost brand AirJapan’s first aircraft was ferried from Xiamen where it underwent preparation work for entry into service with the airline to the airline’s base, Tokyo Narita. The 787-8 was delivered to ANA in 2012 and will continue to fly under the same JA803A registration. AirJapan expects to launch its first route, Narita – Bangkok, on February 9, 2024, with its second destination, Seoul, following shortly after.
